SCI Baby Goats!

We are so blessed this year to have three SCI mama goats giving birth to four babies! They are growing up so fast but their official names are Chester, Tizzy’s boy, Amber and Cyrus, Berny’s twins, and Carlos, Stumpy’s boy. They are all super sweet and friendly. There is nothing better than baby goat love!

Chester is pictured above – in order below are: Cyrus with Alex, Amber with Laurinda and Melanie, Carlos with Claudine.

Meet Roberto!

Roberto is a critically endangered San Clemente goat from the San Clemente Island off the coast of California. He was born right here at the refuge only five days after his mom and dad, Tizzie and Woody, arrived. Did you know that there are only about 750 of these goats left? And, that they aren’t genetically related to any other goat? We are so excited to add these precious animals to our refuge!
